Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, UK and select European Union countries. 
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail with tracking.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns of all unworn items with original tags and packaging. Customer is responsible for return costs unless the item is proven to be defective. We will provide a prepaid return label and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. 
Returns must follow the conditions below in order to be accepted: 
     - Customer must contact customer service requesting the return within 7 days of delivery, as we are a very small business with very limited quantities for each item.
     - Once the return is approved via our customer service email, the item must be shipped within 7 days of the approval. Items returned after the 7 day approval timeframe, will not be accepted. 

        We do not perform exchanges as our product quantities are very limited. 

        Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

 How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please message our customer service at Azulique@outlook.com with the following information for us to process your return:
  1. Email title should say: RETURN
  2. Name
  3. Order number
  4. Item being returned
  5. Reason for return
  6. Return Shipping Address

     Once the customer service team emails you with the approval, you have 7 days to ship the item.

    Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment as soon as the item is received.
